Career Experience

During my time at university I worked as a teacher's assistant for two years, assisting with data structures & algorithms, programming language fundamentals, and machine organization courses. I also worked as a research assistant within the field of deep learning, specifically image classification and natural language processing.

I Love Tutoring Because

All my life I've loved learning, teaching, and helping others learn. From sharing my creative interests with my brothers and forming a game making club in middle school, to assisting computer science courses and helping friends through their math homework, education has always been important to me. Plus, seeing a concept finally click with students is always a delight!

Kara was amazing! Before interacting with her I felt lost and completely helpless in regards to being assisted to where I would have a better understanding of how to get started, as I am working on a MacBook Pro and not a windows environment. Not only was Kara PATIENT end encouraging, she made the interactive environment make sense. Althought there is still a LOT other things I still have yet to learn as this is my first tutoring, she left me feeling anything is possible when you have the right people in place to assist when help is needed! I'm humbled and VERY grateful to have had the oppertunity to be tutored by Kara and more confident as I move forward in my journey. THANK YOU KARA!!! You Rock! :)
