I am nearing the end of my PhD studies in Materials Science, and will soon enter industrial R&D in the field of Metallurgy! I have tutored in some capacity in high school, undergrad, and grad school, in Calculus, Statistics, Thermodynamics, Introductory Logic, Materials Processing, and Computational Materials Design.
I Love Tutoring Because
learning new things is a wonderful adventure, but sometimes guidance can be essential to keeping you moving in the right direction without being distracted by frustration, time pressure, or stress. Good mentorship can turn the worries of a tricky homework problem into confidence and actual learning, and that is my goal with everyone I see in tutoring and office hours!
