Career Experience
I love teaching and tutoring and have been doing it to some extent since I was an undergrad myself. Originally, I was a teaching assistant in organic chemistry when I was a junior in college, before becoming a graduate teaching assistant in an experimental biology class. I have also extensively worked with freshmen college students, helping them get acclimated to many challenges of STEM classes at the college level. STEM is hard for everyone, but I truly believe that with enough guidance, anyone is capable of being successful!
I Love Tutoring Because
I find tutoring incredibly satisfying at the moment when the students I am helping reach a level of understanding. In addition, I appreciate the fact that many students struggle with biology concepts, and I enjoy bringing those concepts to life to ensure a greater understanding and a deeper appreciation of the sciences themselves.
