I reached out to the tutor and although they did say it was more advanced than they were used to, they made a great attempt to help out with my issue. Unfortunately, they were not able to help, but not for lack of trying. I would highly recommend this service to anyone at JWU because the tutor was instantly accessible to me and willing to put in the time and effort to help out with questions.
