I think I have had Nilesh before and there is always a disconnect between us. He doesn't really have patience and he doesn't seem to know how to instruct and inform. I don't think it is lack of trying it's just something lacks in the execution, for me. I ask questions and it's like he doesn't initially see them or chooses to ignore them. I always end up frustrated and end the connection early.
