They were trying to get me to understand by asking questions but I needed a tutor because I clearly didn't understand what I was doing wrong. I reached out for help with basic Linux commands and unfortunately this tutor was not able to help me. There is no option for this kind of help in the 24/7 drop in tutoring option. It's very disappointing. The tutor couldn't even guide me to where I should go for help.
